Riding in Northern Line Trains
Not a good idea in rush hour. The disgusting overcrowding (on all lines) commuters have to put up with on possibly the most expensive system in the world. The stress induced can, I think, be clearly seen in this young girls face. Old rolling stock, now being replaced from the 50s/60s. May as well jump off here then to do some train spotting
More usual loadings for daytime, same stock. Can get off here to visit the Circle, District and Hammersmith and City Lines
Normal daytime in new stock. The only trouble with these are that they have an auto announcer system on the trains. It never fails to get my mind racing, since the train is never going anywhere but 'terminates' at Edgeware or where ever. I have mental pictures of massive explosions, or trains turning to dust or something at the last station.
Since she seems so frosty at having me sat opposite her (stuck up cow - perhaps she will learn, perhaps not, her loss) we may as well jump off here to visit some stations.
