Letchworths

Welcome to Freemasons' Hall,
The home of the United Grand Lodge of England.

On entering the portal, as you did on the preceding page, a vista of the entrance lobby is before you. On the right, as you enter is Letchworths shop. This is a charity shop run by (from memory) members of the Grand Stewards Lodge. Since Charity is fundamental to a Freemasons' heart then to enter Freemasons Hall without visiting is unthinkable.
They sell a range of Masonic books, bits and pieces and most especially Masonic Diaries. These vary from the normal diary, in that they run from mid year to mid year. An interesting present, perhaps.
For postal enquiries, they can be contacted, strangely, at Letchworths, Freemasons Hall, Great Queen Street, London WC2.

The staff at Freemasons' Hall give a guided tour, hourly, to anyone who cares to step in off the street. This starts in the large library and museum.
So step inside by clicking on the picture above and let's join such a tour.
