Highgate Village
A little community spead out over highgate hill, up from Holloway. A good case of the sudden differences to be found in London. Highgate being a very pretentious area of what we used to call tupence-halfpenny snobs literally across the road from one of the most run down areas of the burg.
Highgate High Street looking north with the usual traffic congestion.
Linked to Archway at the side of this village.
The same - southwards, ie down hill.
Linked to the soviet socialist republic of Camden, another part of North London, more famed for 'Nutters' than anything else.
Pond Square, It 'aint square and there 'aint a pond so far as I saw, Ho Hum
But there is a Bog
Pond Square - bog just to the right - should you need it!!
